In its first phase, Mobile Science Lab visited six government senior secondary schools in block Radaur of district Yamunanagar.
The first school visited was Government Senior Secondary School, Village Jathlana in which 322 students of classes 9th to 12th participated. Four sessions were conducted, two each of Physics & Chemistry. Students performed many hands-on activities.
On January 22, 2021, the laboratory visited Government Senior Secondary School, Village Chamrori. The legal literacy program was conducted in the school where students from adjoining villages visited to participate. Three hundred eighty students witnessed the Mobile Science Lab in which an open exhibition of scientific equipments was conducted. The students were made aware of the Article 51A (h) of the Constitution of India which states that ‘it is the fundamental duty of all citizens to develop scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform’.
Government Senior Secondary School, village Alahar was visited on 23rd January. One-hundred-forty-five students of classes 9th to 12th attended the science workshop.
In Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School, Radaur, the laboratory visited on January 28, 2021. One hundred thirty eight students attended the experimental session. Students performed experiments of optics, magnetism, electricity etc.

In one day experimental session, 145 students of classes 9th to 12th performed experiments with phenolphthalein, magnesium ribbon, litmus paper test as a part of chemistry. Many other daily life examples were explained with the help of magnetism, electricity, laws of reflection and refraction.
In Government Senior Secondary School, village Topra Kalan, the laboratory visiter on January 30, 2021. Two hundred twenty one students of classes 9th to 12th participated in hands-on science activities. Students experienced for the first time, the transfer of charge from one body to another.
