The SPSTI celebrated the Earth Day on 22nd April, 2011 at the Vidya Jindal Girls School, Hisar. Two eminent earth scientists – Prof. Devesh Sinha, Professor of Oceanography and Marine Geology, University of Delhi and Prof. V. Rajamani, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, addressed the students of several schools of Hisar.
