Background: Prof. Jindal has authored a book, the title of which is “Medical Encounters – True stories of patients”. Based on his memoirs, the book is meant for general reading. It chronicles stories of some of the patients seen by him.
Combined with vignettes from history, classical civilization, epics and mythology, it provides glimpses of the trials and tribulations faced by patients in their struggles against disease and death.
