Mobile Science Lab on its way visited today at Government Senior Secondary School, Village Sharifgarh, Shahabad in district Kurukshetra. The experimental sessions were targeted among the students of classes IX & X. Experiments of Chemistry like Phenolphthalein indicator, acid base tests, decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, formation of magnesium oxide, pH value tests, Tyndall effect, generation of hydrogen gas from HCl acid, cleansing action of soap, are performed by the students with the help of demonstrator. Many experiments of Physics included multiple reflections, virtual & inverted image demonstration using Mirascope, sound propagation, magnets and magnetic field. Some videos on “How Plants absorb water, sunlight and Carbon dioxide to produce food and oxygen and “How different seasons occur due to revolution of earth around sun and its tilt on its axis.
